Fry up some cauliflower rice with a little sesame oil, a scrambled egg, and about 1/2 pack of fried rice seasoning.

Add your protein of choice or simply enjoy without!

Best alternate to fried rice and tastes delicious.

Another healthy sweet treat from us to you!

All you do is take some chopped up strawberries, mix them in low fat vanilla Greek yogurt, place on a pan with parchment paper and freeze.

Once frozen, dip into some melted chocolate and enjoy!

P.S. you can use sugar free chocolate to keep it even more low sugar!

Another way to use eggwhite bread!

Whip up 3 egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Place 2 to 3 dollops in a pan on medium heat and cover.

Flip until both sides are golden.

Place them on a plate and slice them in half and add your protein, veggies, and cheese of choice!

If you're like me and have a major sweet tooth but don't want the guilt you have to try these chocolate covered peanut butter balls!

Here's how you make them:

1. In a bowl mix a couple of big scoops of powdered peanut butter, a big scoop of vanilla Greek yogurt, a tablespoon or 2 of almond flour, and a good sq**rt of sugar free syrup.

2. Mix until its a dough like consistency.

3. Roll into little balls. You choose your size.

4. Place on a plate lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer for about an hour, hour and a half.

5. Grab a microwave safe bowl and put about a half a cup to a cup of semi sweet or dark chocolate chips with a small spoonful of coconut oil.

6. Microwave for about 45 seconds.

7. Once the chocolate is melted. Coat the peanut butter balls in the chocolate and place back on the parchment paper. The chocolate will immediately begin to harden.

8. Enjoy right then and there or place in the fridge for later!

The yogurt gives them a delicious cheesecake taste! These tasty treats are low sugar, low calorie, and high protein, and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!

HIGH PROTEIN REESES PANCAKE!!!

Here's how make it:

3 to 4 egg whites. (I used 3 cause 4 was too much to eat last time)
Splash of vanilla
Splash of sugar free syrup
1 spoonfuls of powdered peanut butter

Cook in a pan on medium heat until golden on top and bottom

Spread chocolate of your choice on top. I used hazelnut spread

Enjoy!
