Healthcare . Not to a put a spoiler on sugar because we need it and it has its function but we need the right source such as fruits and natural honey. But processed sugar (cakes, cookies, sodas) not only causes weight gain BUT also widespread vascular inflammation and I encourage everyone reading this to research what that does to each of our body systems (EACH SYSTEM WE HAVE). Did you know……if you watch an hour long program and only stand and do an exercise ONLY during the commercials, you will have done 30 minutes of exercise (i.e. burning calories) by the end of the hour long program. It does not have to be hard, you just have to be consistent. But, you can do it!!!
