The usual trauma/ortho… was moderately concerned about finding/negotiating the canal space, but the endo gods were merciful today. Some funky mid and apical anatomy on the postop.

Pretty happy with how these turned out. Was able to expose the agpts and pull them out retrograde.

Here’s a different one… rotated 90 degrees. Significant abfractions flanking the canal space. I decided against trying to thread the needle accessing the incisal and losing more tooth. Accessed from the lingual, sandwich core.
