This can be very dangerous because it is actually putting a lot of strain on the shoulder joint capsule! Over time this stretch can cause permanent damage to your shoulders. Dr. Lin will teach a safer alternative to this stretch.

Dr. Lin developed this simple plunging technique to alleviate chest pain.
