The Pelvic Floor is a part of the body that is very underemphasized. The Pelvic Floor is a pivotal aspect of many crucial functions of human life such as s*x, urinating, defecating, and even breathing! Many of our patients have been experiencing some difficulty breathing post-COVID. Lungs can feel tight or like you aren't getting enough air.
