✨ Starting in April, I’ll be guiding a weekly Breathwork Class every Monday evening at 6:30 PM PST.
This space is for anyone ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and give their nervous system the reset it deserves.
Through guided breathwork, we’ll gently release stored tension and create space for clarity, calm, and emotional balance.
