Orange County MyoTherapy
The body is an integrated system where many structures ( bones, ligaments, tendons, muscles and fascia ) work together to maintain balance.
Often times, the body will get out of balance as it adapts to lifestyle behavior ( good or bad) or unforeseen events ( injury ) causing the soft tissues in the body to change by shortening or lengthening leading to poor balance, muscle tension, range of motion limitation and painful movement patterns.
Orange County MyoTherapy was created to restore balance to the body by aligning posture, decreasing muscle tension , increasing range of motion, and pain free movement.
