March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, a time to recognize, celebrate, and uplift the voices, talents, and contributions of individuals with developmental disabilities in our communities.
At IRI, this month holds special meaning. Every day, our team is dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to live meaningful, self-directed lives through employment, community inclusion, and individualized support.
Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month reminds us that inclusion matters, not just in March, but every day. Itโs about ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to pursue their goals, build relationships, and contribute their unique strengths to the community.
We are proud to stand alongside the individuals we support, their families, our staff, and our community partners as we continue working toward a future where everyone is valued, included, and given the opportunity to thrive.
