We’re excited to officially welcome Andy Hurley, owner of Healing Den Massage Therapy, to the Back in Balance Chiropractic office! 🙌

Andy offers a variety of massage services and specializes in Swedish Massage, Therapeutic Massage, TMJ Massage, and Thai Herbal Massage. His work focuses on helping people reduce tension, improve mobility, and support recovery—making massage therapy a perfect complement to the care we provide at Back in Balance.

Want a more consistent golf swing? ⛳️
You may not need to swing harder — you need to control movement better.

The Pallof Press is one of the best exercises to help reduce sway and slide by training your core to stay stable while your body rotates around it.

✅ Improves rotational control
✅ Reduces lateral movement in the swing
✅ Builds a stable base for power
✅ Helps balance and consistency

👉 How to do the Pallof Press:
1️⃣ Attach a resistance band or cable at chest height.
2️⃣ Stand sideways to the anchor point in an athletic golf stance.
3️⃣ Hold the handle at your chest with both hands.
4️⃣ Press your arms straight out in front of you.
5️⃣ Resist the band pulling you sideways — keep your hips and shoulders square.
6️⃣ Hold 2–3 seconds, then bring hands back to your chest.

🎯 Goal: Don’t let your body rotate or shift — stay centered like you’re swinging around a post.

Try 8–10 reps each side and feel the difference in your swing!

We had such a great time supporting an amazing cause at the Idaho Playground Project fundraiser! 🙌

It was incredible to see our community come together to help create inclusive playgrounds where ALL kids can play, connect, and belong. Events like this remind us how special our community truly is — and how much can be accomplished when people rally around something meaningful.
