Last night, I was named Idaho’s Best - not just regionally, but across the entire state… for the second year in a row. 🤍

And truly… I’m still trying to put that into words.

This means so much to me because it comes from you - the moms, the families, the people who have trusted me in some of your most vulnerable, overwhelming, and important moments.

Every message, every visit, every story you’ve shared with me… it’s never just been “work” to me.
This is personal. It always has been.

Getting to support you - whether it’s feeding, sleep, or just helping you feel a little more confident - is something I don’t take lightly for a single second.

You are the reason I get to do this.
You are the reason this matters.

Two years in a row is something I don’t take for granted… it just makes me even more excited for what’s ahead and how many more families I’ll get to support this year. 🤍

I’m so incredibly honored to walk alongside you.

Okay okay this is a joke… because I’m telling ALL my besties this 🤍

This should not be a secret.

You can have a baby who sleeps well
AND a successful breastfeeding relationship

They are not mutually exclusive.

I think a lot of moms feel like they have to choose - protect breastfeeding or get better sleep.

And that’s just not true.

Where things tend to fall apart is when there’s no plan behind it…

Dropping feeds too quickly
Not making up calories during the day
Trying to follow a one-size-fits-all sleep approach

If you want both sleep and to continue breastfeeding, there are two big things I want you thinking about:

Making sure your baby is getting enough during the day (this is where most people miss it)

And not deliberately night weaning before your baby is actually ready

You don’t need to rush it.
You need a plan that supports both.

If you’re trying to figure out sleep without messing up feeding, I walk through this step-by-step in my recorded class 🤍 https://kailey-warburton.themamacoach.com/product/sleep-strategies-choosing-the-right-approach-for-your-baby/

Going back to work while breastfeeding can feel like this giant, overwhelming thing sitting in the background…
like you should already have it all figured out.

But the truth?
You don’t need a complicated plan.
You need a simple, repeatable system that works with your real life.

Here’s exactly where I start with my clients 👇

✨ Tip #1: Add ONE consistent pump session About 30–40 minutes after your first morning feed
→ Use a double electric pump
→ 15–20 minutes

That’s it. That milk becomes your stash.

✨ Tip #2: You don’t need a huge freezer stash
You need enough for your first day or two back. Because once you’re at work:
👉 what you pump = what baby gets the next day

Start this around 6 weeks postpartum (or based on your timeline), and let your body build gradually without the stress.

And yes — this is absolutely possible for you 🤍

If you want me to walk you through exactly how to do this step-by-step (plus what to say to your employer, how to structure your pump schedule, and how to protect your supply long-term)…

👉 I have a recorded Back to Work video you can watch anytime.

Staying consistent with pumping when you’re exhausted and barely eating… it’s a lot.

And most moms don’t struggle because they’re doing something wrong -
they struggle because what they’re trying to follow isn’t realistic.

You don’t need a complicated pumping schedule. You don’t need to be attached to your pump all day.

You need something that actually fits into your life right now.

Here’s what I recommend to almost every mom I work with:

✨ Start with ONE consistent pump session a day
→ 30–40 minutes after your first morning feed
→ 15–20 minutes
→ Both breasts, double electric pump

That’s it.

That one session becomes:
✔️ your stored milk
✔️ your starting point for going back to work
✔️ your way to build supply without burning out

And let’s clear something up real quick:

You do NOT need a massive freezer stash.

You need enough for your first day or two… because once you’re at work, what you pump = what baby gets the next day.

It becomes a rhythm, not a stockpile.

If pumping has been feeling overwhelming, this is your reset.

Simple. Repeatable. Doable.

If you’re heading back to work and want the full plan mapped out for you—

👉 Comment RETURN and I’ll send you my step-by-step plan.

I walk you through:
- How to build your stash (without overdoing it)
- How to manage bottles and milk & daycare
- How to pump at work
- What to say to your employer before you go back
- How you can actually feel ready when the time comes 🤍

You’ve got this, mama 🤍

03/30/2026

This just happened to my client and I’m still thinking about it 🤍

6 weeks postpartum.

She kept asking me -
Why is my baby so fussy?
Why am I bouncing on the ball all day?
Why won’t my baby sleep longer than 2 hours?

When we really looked at the full picture…
it became clear her baby just wasn’t getting quite enough.

So we made a plan.

We started supporting her milk supply
and made sure her baby was getting fed in the meantime

Which meant introducing formula.

And I sat right there with her for that first bottle 🤍

Not because she couldn’t do it - but because sometimes you just need someone to say “this is okay.”

Three days later she messaged me and said her whole life felt different.

Her baby was more settled
She wasn’t bouncing all day
She could actually put her baby down… and rest

She told me she finally felt like she could enjoy her baby

And I was so proud of her.

Because feeding your baby isn’t about doing it one specific way

It’s about finding what works for your baby and for YOU

You are supported no matter how you feed your baby

And I will be that person sitting with you through it - just like I was for her 🤍

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or wondering if your baby is getting enough… you don’t have to figure it out alone

Comment SUPPORT and I’ll help you get set up with insurance-covered lactation support 🤍

Hey mama - this one might be for you 🤍

If you’ve had true low supply, needed a plan, or are working closely with support… this isn’t what I’m talking about.

This is for the moms who are coming home… feeding their baby…
and then immediately hooking up to a pump just to “make sure.”

I see you.

But hear me on this - you don’t need to do that.

If your baby is feeding effectively, that is the best way to increase and maintain your supply.

Not pumping after every feed.
Not chasing ounces.
Not trying to build a stash right away.

And the Haakaa?
Yes - great for occasional relief if you’re feeling full.

But using it every single feed can actually push your body into making more than you need… and that comes with its own set of problems.

More is not always better.

Send this to a mama who’s pumping after every feed and driving herself a little crazy 🤍

And follow along - I’ll help you simplify this.
