Employee Appreciation!!!
Rachell Yurivilca serves as Horizon Magic Valley’s Human Resource Manager and Payroll Specialist. In her three years at Horizon, she has mastered talent management, recruiting, onboarding, and developing a high-performing workforce. She has also expanded her portfolio to include accounts payable support and, most recently, coordination of our hospice volunteer program. She ensures every employee feels valued and heard!
Rachell draws daily motivation from her husband Andrew and her niece Daizy, who remind her that going above and beyond and loving hard, are the keys to a fulfilled life. When she’s off the clock, you’ll find her soaking up sunshine on the beaches of Cancún, lost in a good book, or enjoying quality time with family.
Whether she’s streamlining HR processes, fine-tuning payroll systems, or rallying volunteers for a meaningful cause, Rachell brings the same blend of expertise, empathy, and enthusiasm to every role she takes on. We are SO lucky to have her on our team!
