Massage can help with blood flow, bringing in fresh O2 to the tissues and helping reduce inflammation and pain. Sometimes things are bad enough that the results last a day or 2, but that is progress. It took time to cause the pain and discomfort, it may take time to make things better.
With communication we can work together and help you feel better. Therapeutic doesn't always mean deep tissue.
