Massage can help with blood flow, bringing in fresh O2 to the tissues and helping reduce inflammation and pain. Sometimes things are bad enough that the results last a day or 2, but that is progress. With communication we can work together and help you feel better. Therapeutic doesn't always mean deep tissue. I was asked if there's a discount for buying multiple sessions to use thru the year? Yes there is, but 11 sessions get the 12th free. You can even get a designated day and time for the year if that makes things easier. Just reach out and we will go from there.
