April is Volunteer Month, and we are celebrating the amazing people of all ages who share their time with our residents. From calling bingo to painting nails 💅, performing music 🎵 to simply sitting and chatting, our volunteers bring an essential joy and connection to our community.

Congratulations to Jerry Muftic, our Lifestyle Director, on her 29th anniversary here at Bridgeview Estates!

When asked what she loves most about working here, Jerry said she loves making the residents laugh and smile! 😁

🩷Jerry shared, "I'm just so glad I have had the opportunity to work here for such a long time! My coworkers and the residents are like family. Working for Bridgeview has been a wonderful experience, and it is a family I am proud to be a part of today and every day! One of my favorite things about working as the Lifestyles Services Director is the relationships I can form with the residents and their families. Residents invite me into their homes and their lives. I get to listen while they tell me what is in their hearts and minds — what they need or want. You see them daily, get to know their likes and dislikes, get involved with their friends and families, and almost become a part of their family yourself. Caring for other people is a big part of who I am. I try to make their lives more joyful!"
