As we work on getting our new space ready, we realized there are SO many ways people can help that don’t require giving money. We could really use help creating a cozy, home-cottage feel and getting a few things set up.
Here are some ways you could help: • Shelves (wood, rustic, or farmhouse style)
• Burlap, baskets, or cottage-style decor
• Small tables, crates, or display pieces
• Help installing a sink / light plumbing help
• Decorating ideas or hands-on help styling the space
• Wall decor that fits a cozy cottage vibe
• Plants (real or faux) to warm things up
• Time, creativity, or muscle
Of course, monetary donations are always appreciated, but we wanted to open up other ways to support us that don’t require spending money. Even sharing this post helps more than you know.
We’re building something really special and cozy, and we’d love for the community to be part of it. If you have items, skills, or ideas — message me! šŸ¤ call me or text 208 420 9762

Hello, my name is Bailey. I’m a born and raised Idahoan. My story is like many others when it comes to sad chapters… but I never allowed those chapters to define me. I always knew my life had purpose, even when I couldn’t see the full picture.
I’ve walked through heartbreak, uncertainty, and moments that could have easily hardened my heart. There were times I felt lost, times I doubted myself, and times when the road ahead looked impossible. But I made a decision....I would not let my past hold me back. I would use it to build something better.
Through every high and low, my faith carried me. I believe in Jesus with all my heart. When I didn’t understand why things were happening, I leaned into Him. When doors closed, I trusted He was guiding me to the right ones. I truly believe I wouldn’t be where I am today without His grace, His timing, and His direction.
This business… it’s more than just a dream. It’s my boat. Like Noah building the ark before the storm, I’m building in faith. This boat carries my family, my second chances, and the belief that something beautiful can come from broken places. It represents hope, resilience, and trusting God even when the future feels uncertain.
Life will knock you down. The past will try to whisper that you’re not enough. But I stand here today knowing that our hardest seasons can become the foundation for our greatest purpose. I’m not perfect.... just faithful, determined, and willing to keep building.
If you’re going through something right now, don’t give up. Don’t let your past anchor you. Let it shape you. Keep building your boat. Trust the process. And believe that good things can...and do ...come from hard places.

Here’s a sneak peek of where we’ll be opening next. This is the space your donations are helping us bring to life — and we want you to know, every bit of support has meant more to us than we can properly put into words.
To those who have donated, shared, encouraged, or simply believed in us… thank you. You didn’t just give money — you gave us momentum when we needed it most. You helped keep a dream alive. You reminded us why we love this community so deeply.
We’re getting very close now. We only have permits and a few final pieces left before we can open our doors again. We’re hoping to be up and running within the next couple of weeks, but we could still use a little help getting across the finish line. If you’re able to donate or even just share this post, it truly makes a difference.
This month already feels special. We bought tickets back in February for the Idaho’s Best Awards, and we’ll be there today — something we never take for granted. And in just 7 days, Ryan and I celebrate 21 years of marriage. Through every high and every hard season, we’ve stood together… and now we get to rebuild together, with all of you beside us.
We love what we do. But more than that — we love the people we do it for. This business has always been about more than food. It’s about community, connection, and showing up for one another. You’ve shown up for us, and we promise to come back stronger, better, and ready to serve you again.
We are truly blessed to be part of a community that lifts each other up. That’s why we’ll never stop trying to be a light — whether it’s big or small. Because it really does take a community to help one.
From the bottom of our hearts… thank you for believing in us, supporting us, and helping us rise again.
With love,
Baked N' Loaded Potato Co. ā¤ļø

Baked N Loaded family ā¤ļø
This isn’t the easiest post to make, but it’s an honest one.
As most of you know, our doors are currently closed. This business isn’t just food to me—it’s my heart, my family, and a way I’ve tried to show up for this community in love. From feeding people during hard times to serving up meals with everything we’ve got… this place means everything to me.
Right now, I’m in a position where reopening isn’t as simple as just unlocking the doors. I’m working hard to get us back, but I can’t do it alone this time.
So I’m asking—if Baked N Loaded has ever meant something to you, if we’ve ever fed you, helped you, or just made your day a little better… would you consider being part of our comeback?
I don’t want this to be a handout—I want it to be a give and take ā¤ļø
Here’s what I’m offering to those who want to support:
• $25 support → Free loaded potato & drink when we reopen
• $50 support → 2 meals + drink
• $100 support → Meal package for you or your family
• $250+ → Catering credit or a private meal setup (we can plan together!)
OR if you’d rather trade—I’m open to that too. If you or your business needs catering, I will gladly return the support that way.
Every dollar will go directly toward getting our doors back open—inventory, supplies, and getting back to serving this community the way we love to.
If you can’t give, I completely understand—sharing this post helps more than you know.
We’ve always tried to be a light for others… and right now, I’m just asking for a little light back to help us stand again.
Thank you for being part of our story ā¤ļø
Message me directly if you want to support or set something up.

Hey guys šŸ’›

Don’t feel scared to ask. Seriously. We want to be a light as much as we can!
We got you šŸ¤

After much thought and prayer, I’ve made the difficult decision to close Baked N Loaded Potato Company at the Magic Valley Mall.
For the past three years, this little potato shop has been built with a lot of hard work, faith, and the amazing support of our customers. I’m incredibly grateful to every person who came in, shared a meal with us, supported our small business, and became part of our journey.
Unfortunately, I’ve reached a point where I can no longer continue operating in the current environment. This decision was not made lightly, but I believe it is the right one for my family and for moving forward with peace and dignity.
To everyone who supported us, encouraged us, and believed in what we were building — thank you from the bottom of my heart. You truly made this experience special.
This isn’t the end of our story, just the closing of this chapter. I’m trusting God for what comes next.
With gratitude,
Baked N Loaded Potato Company

Today my heart is so full. ā¤ļø
My little business has officially been named a Finalist for Idaho’s Best Vegetarian, and I’m honestly overwhelmed with gratitude.
There were so many moments along this journey where I felt like God was asking me to do something that didn’t make sense to the world. To build something when there were no guarantees. To keep going when it felt like there was no rain coming.
It reminds me so much of the song Build a Boat.
Building a boat… in the desert… before the rain ever comes.
That’s exactly what this business has felt like.
There were days I questioned myself. Days I wondered if anyone would care, if anyone would show up, if I was crazy for believing in this dream. But deep in my heart I felt God whisper, ā€œJust build it. Trust me.ā€
So I kept building.
Not for fame.
Not for money.
But because I truly believe this is something God placed in my hands.
This business isn’t just a business to me.
It’s my boat.
And every day I show up to work, I remind myself that I’m not just working for myself... I’m working for Jesus. I want everything I do here to reflect love, kindness, compassion, and purpose.
To everyone who has supported me, voted, shared, encouraged me, or simply believed in what I’m doing....thank you. You are part of this boat too. šŸš£ā€ā™€ļø
We may still be in the desert… but I believe the rain is coming.
And being named a finalist for Idaho’s Best Vegetarian is a reminder that sometimes when God asks you to build something that doesn’t make sense… it’s because He already knows what’s coming.
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. šŸ™
