“Why is my baby or child struggling with sleep, nursing, behavior, or focus?” this is for you. 💜

Hi! I’m Dr. Jill, a family chiropractor here in the Magic Valley for the past 16 years.

Usually I share about our whole practice, but this month I wanted to share more about my specialty and what I’m most passionate about.

👉 I specialize in brain-based pediatric, prenatal, and infant chiropractic care…

One of the biggest questions I get is:
“How does chiropractic actually help babies and kids?” 💭

Here’s the missing link 👇
🌱 Much like a flower, the brain develops based on its environment.

From the womb → birth → early childhood, the nervous system is shaping everything.

When there’s stress (birth tension, tongue ties, feeding struggles, etc.), it can impact development. 🌿

This can show up as:
• Nursing/latching issues
• Colic or reflux
• Sleep struggles
• Tension in the body
• Later: focus, behavior, sensory challenges

✨ This is where I come in
Using gentle chiropractic + cranial work, I support the nervous system so the brain and body can communicate and develop the way they’re meant to.

👉 The earlier we address this, the better, but it’s also never too late to start 💜

I work with kids of all ages and often see powerful shifts in behavior, focus, and regulation once the nervous system is supported.

💜 I always tell moms in my office:

✨ BIG NEWS… We’re Moving! ✨

After 14 amazing years in our current space, Dr. Jill’s Chiropractic & Regenerative Wellness Center is expanding and moving to a new location! 🙌🏻

📍 Starting March 30th you’ll find us at:
496 Shoup Ave W Ste B
Twin Falls, ID

This move allows us to create more space, offer more services, and continue growing to serve our amazing community even better. We are so grateful for the support that has made this next chapter possible. 🩶

Important dates:

🗓️ Thursday (3/19) - Last day seeing patients in our current office.
🔧 Friday through the following week - Closed while we move and finish renovations.
📞 Phones will still be answered if you need to schedule or have questions
🎉 Monday, March 30th- We reopen in our new space!

There’s something incredibly special about finally standing shoulder to shoulder with a team you can truly count on. 🫶🏻

This group of amazing humans, Dr. Reid, Shelby, Michelle, Cinthia, Holly, and our shockwave tech Karla (not pictured) show up every day with integrity, heart, and a genuine commitment not only to our patients, but to our mission and each other. They care deeply about this business, the culture we’re building, and the people we serve, and that means more to me than I can put into words. 🥹

Leadership has taught me that great teams don’t happen by accident. They’re built through trust, shared values, accountability, and a whole lot of belief in one another. And anyone who’s owned or run a business knows how rare it is to find staff who truly have your best interest at heart. When you do… you protect that, you nurture it, and you celebrate it.
