Thereโs something incredibly special about finally standing shoulder to shoulder with a team you can truly count on. ๐ซถ๐ป
This group of amazing humans, Dr. Reid, Shelby, Michelle, Cinthia, Holly, and our shockwave tech Karla (not pictured) show up every day with integrity, heart, and a genuine commitment not only to our patients, but to our mission and each other. They care deeply about this business, the culture weโre building, and the people we serve, and that means more to me than I can put into words. ๐ฅน
Leadership has taught me that great teams donโt happen by accident. Theyโre built through trust, shared values, accountability, and a whole lot of belief in one another. And anyone whoโs owned or run a business knows how rare it is to find staff who truly have your best interest at heart. When you doโฆ you protect that, you nurture it, and you celebrate it.
Because of this team, coming to work is fun again. Itโs energizing. Itโs inspiring. And it makes me so excited for the future of what weโre creating together. ๐๐ป
