When you receive a review that literally brings you to tears. ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ˜ญ Grateful to be able to make a positive difference in peopleโ€™s lives. Owning and operating a business is completely and utterly exhausting at times, and sometimes I question if itโ€™s worth it, but then I think about patients like Heidi, and Iโ€™m reminded of what itโ€™s all for and what itโ€™s all about. Impact like this = my lifeโ€™s ultimate purpose. ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

I just have to sayโ€ฆ. Chiropractic is amazing! ๐Ÿคฉ

Iโ€™m very guilty of focusing so much on treating my patients, that I forget to take care of myself in the process.

Iโ€™ve been having on and off migraines and dizziness for the past few months (very unusual for me) and yesterday I finally asked my new associate chiropractor in my office to adjust me to see if it would help, (why I didnโ€™t do this at the start of my symptoms, I donโ€™t know ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ) as I had a crazy dizzy spell again yesterday, and I still felt pretty disoriented and had brain fog.

He almost immediately discovered my atlas was off and adjusted it. I got instant relief!! ๐Ÿฅฒ

I sat up and the disorientation was gone, my mind was clear, and Iโ€™ve had no symptoms whatsoever today. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

So this post is a little reminder to not forget to take care of YOU and Chiropractic Care is the bomb!

If you are not getting adjusted, you should be! ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

Dr. Strahl is a dedicated family chiropractor who loves caring for patients of all ages โ€” from infants to seniors. He takes a full-body, root-cause approach to healing and brings experience with hands-on techniques like Diversified, flexion-distraction, activator, AMIT, drop table, and more! With a background in massage therapy, his care is both effective and personalized.
