Please attend the Base Jumpers Chapter of BNI, via Zoom, on Tuesday, November 17, to hear David Taylor, of Twin Falls Estate Planning, speak regarding Special Needs Trusts. Per David, it is a component of Elder Law that you may not think of right away. It basically prepares a person who has special needs to receive an inheritance while remaining eligible for government benefits. Visitors for this presentation include managers of service coordination facilities for mentally disabled adults (e.g. Innovative Health Care Concepts, WDB, Progressive Behavior Systems, and so forth). Any profession that works with mentally disabled adults would be a great invite to attend our meeting next week. Please message us for the Zoom link. Mrs. Jones, the 5th grade teacher, posed the following problem to one of her arithmetic classes:

"A wealthy man dies and leaves ten million dollars. One-sixth is to go to his wife, one-fifth is to go to his son, one-fourth to his butler, and the rest to charity. Now, what does each get?"

After a very long silence in the classroom, Little Johnny raised his hand.

The teacher called on Little Johnny for his answer.

With complete sincerity in his voice, Little Johnny answered, "A lawyer!"
