A heartfelt thank you to the Twin Falls County Health Initiatives Trust for supporting our online counseling program. Thanks to their generous support we can continue to offer FREE sessions for the next 6-9 months on BetterHelp.

We know sometimes the holidays can induce stress, depression and anxiety. If you or someone you know needs help with this or other mental health challenges please reach out. The program is for anyone who doesn't have benefits and can't afford it on their own OR if they need help sooner than they can get scheduled at a clinic in town.
