As the weather is staying hot and dry we want to remind everyone to be mindful of their health in the heat. Stay hydrated, minimize physical activity in the heat, wear loose, lightweight clothing, use sunscreen and stay out of the sun as much as possible during peak heat times. If you feel a headache, dizzy, suddenly extremely tired or nauseous you may be having heat exhaustion. Get into a cool space as soon as possible. And of course cool water helps so visit the pool, area lakes or the river.
