March wrap-up đŞ
Injury prevention isnât just something we talk aboutâitâs what keeps us consistent, strong, and progressing. This month we focused on proper warm-ups, good form, and listening to our bodies. Small habits make a big difference over time.
Stay consistent, stay smart, and take care of your bodyâitâs the only one youâve got. Letâs carry it into April đĽ

Injury prevention isnât flashyâbut itâs what keeps you in the game.
The small things matter: proper warm-ups, controlled movements, and actually doing the exercises you donât feel like doing. Those are the ones that build strength, stability, and resilience.
Donât skip the basics. Donât rush the process. Your body will thank you later.
