🦋Choosing to live every moment🦋

This week we had a very special member of our community help us with a urgent task for a patient’s family💙

Hand molds are something that we offer to all of our patients and families. A keepsake they can hold onto forever to remember their loved one. A reminder of touch and gentleness in a very delicate moment💙

We ran out of supplies this week and had a request from a family for hand molds. The supplies would not have been here quick enough to create hand molds for them. Jennifer at The Brink Studio was able to pull this request off same day for our special patient and their family! She was able to capture a moment of tenderness and a warm family embrace for them, to treasure forever!💙

Hospice is so much more than a medical service. It is going above and beyond for each and every patient/family we have the honor of serving💙
