2 minutes to complete as many reps as you can
Pull ups (M) Overhand grip (F) Chin up grip
Bench Press (M) 185LBS (F) 95LBS
Trap Bar Deadlift (M) 234LBS (F) 144LBS

1 minute rest

3 minutes to complete as many reps as you can
Ground to over head (M) 40LBS (F) 25LBS
Reverse lunges (M) 40LBS (F) 25LBS
