One of my favorite parts of being a business owner is the true friendships we have made. Kim and Dena were two of the first people to help me grow this idea of Santosha. They were so supportive and even "talked me into" 😉 moving right next door to them. Through that our family has gotten to know them and Cup O Joe and we love them. Great job Mike being able to help them out. We are all thankful for all that you have done for our small businesses. 💜

I’ve been getting asked what retail will look like after the move, and I love that you care about what you’re putting on your skin 💜
In my new space, I’ll be keeping things simple and intentional with our favorite Glow-Line Skin Care and a few must-have products for my waxing clients.
Circadia will be available for purchase as well, just in a different way through my online shop, so you’ll always have access to your favorites.
3 more weeks until Santosha will be in its new home. 💜

I am choosing to honor everything that brought me here
There is a quiet power in this season
A softening
A remembering
A return
I am no longer seeking who I should be
I am honoring who I am
Body
Mind
Soul
This is my season of self love
of deep devotion
of fully being me
And honestly…
I have never felt more aligned ✨💜

There is something truly magical about sharing breathwork in the beauty of Tulum.
The sound of the ocean,
The warmth of community,
The energy of the land.
Watching my fellow yogis soften, release, and reconnect.
It reminded me why I share this work.
Breathwork is not just a practice, it is a return to yourself.
I am so grateful for every single person who showed up, trusted the process, and allowed themselves to feel.
Now, we bring that energy home. 💜
Breathwork will be continuing at Santosha beginning in May,
In a new space, with the same intention.
To calm the nervous system and reconnect the soul.
Leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more you.

I am back!!! Today was my first day back with my beautiful clients. We had such an amazing retreat in Tulum with Twin Lotus Yoga and the greatest friends. We swam in the crystal clear Cenotes with turtles and fish, explored Tulum, took part in a Mayan Clay Ceremony that ended with a cleansing in the ocean, received a Mayan Healing Massage, had a very enlightening Aura Reading, participated in a Cacao Ceremony and sound bath, and did Yoga and Breathwork daily. There is so much more but these were my favorite things. I am so thankful for Trinity and all she has shared.

Even in Tulum… my skincare doesn’t take a vacation 🌿 🌞
Between the sun, salt air, and all the beautiful experiences here, taking care of my skin still matters. It’s not about perfection, it’s about consistency.
I brought my Glow-Line with me because I believe skincare is part of self-care, no matter where you are in the world.
Yesterday we experienced a Mayan clay ceremony… grounding, cleansing, and deeply connecting. And it reminded me… what we put on our skin and how we care for ourselves is a ritual.
Simple. Intentional. Nourishing.
Your skin is with you for life. Treat it with love 💜
