We are thrilled to announce that Kimmy Gaul has joined the Golden Sol family as our new Reiki practitioner! With her incredible healing presence and compassionate approach, she’s ready to help you find your inner peace and balance. Whether you're new to Reiki or a seasoned pro, Kimmy is excited to work with you on your wellness journey.

Kimmy experienced profound healing breakthroughs from personal reiki sessions and began reiki training in 2022. She is also a trained yoga teacher. She enjoys being a compassionate witness to fellow humans on their healing journeys.

Tuesday mornings @ 9:00, 9:30, or 10:00 am
Wednesday mornings @ 9:00, 9:30, or 10:00 am
Thursday evenings @ 5:00, 5:30, 6:00, or 6:30pm

🌸 I’m offering a pop up Sound Healing Journey at the studio next Thursday, the 25th from 6-7:30pm. I’ll begin with guided relaxation and a short hands on healing for each participant, and finish with a long sound healing session - combining healing frequencies of the bowls and harmonics of my voice. Sound healing is an ancient technique known to relieve stress and bring about balance and equilibrium between the body, heart and mind. Limited space so preregistration required. Hello Golden Sol Family! ☀️ I am hosting and performing a Sound Bath Relaxation Session at the studio next Friday, November 17th at 6:30-7:30 pm.

I will guide you soothingly into relaxation and immerse the room with healing tones from the singing bowls, tongue drum and my voice. If you’d like to join, please register asap due to space limitations!! Only 9 spots left!!
