“Early this year, I signed up for my town weight loss challenge for the third year in a row.
You would think that my starting weight would be lower than the year before, but for me, it was completely the opposite.
This year my starting weight was 195lbs. I was working out 3-4 times a week at the gym, tired all the time, and seeing no results! I knew something had to CHANGE and my nutrition was the problem.

I never like “dieting” because I knew I would never last a day. After sharing my struggles with a health coach at the gym, I was introduced to nutritional cleansing.
