Attitude of Gratitude
Seasons Greetings…Thanksgiving, the holiday of gratitude. I’ve recently started a daily practice saying, outloud, what i am grateful for. I have a tendancy to complain, critique, it is part learned and part birth chart, just how the stars aligned when I arrived. My goal is to express myself in positive ways, rewiring neuropathways to see the good, to celebrate the blessings. It sounds simple but it is profound.

Picture of my greatest blessings. The luckiest things to have ever happened to me, my children, and my sweetheart. I am so lucky.

Excited to be back in Twin Lakes instructing, a new class, Family Yoga!
Lakewood School is offering community yoga for families (ages 7+). This class is offered to the community at no charge. We will focus on mindfullness, stretching and breathing.
Join in the fun! This will be a monthly class. First class is THIS Wednesday Nov 19th, 530-630pm.

Prenatal tonight. 5:30-630. $12 drop in.

Hey mamas! I’ll be teaching a Prenatal Yoga Class at Stateline Midwives. This will be an out door class in the lawn. Drop in is $12 or you can pay $80 for 8 weeks. Class time will be 5:30-6:30 on Wednesday evening starting July 12th. Please bring a yoga mat. Also props are encouraged (blocks, pillow/bolster, blanket). We will be strengthening our bodies, doing breathing exercises to stay calm, increasing flexibility, and meditating to support the changes and transitions of growing a baby. Prenatal yoga at Stateline Midwives is cancelled tonight. 90 degrees with high humidity is unbearable for the average human, even more so for a pregnant woman. So hopefully we’ll have better weather next week. 🤞🤞🤞
