Hope Through The Holidays Open House

With the holiday season fast approaching, we realize that this time of year can bring many mixed emotions for families who have lost someone special. Even with all the joy surrounding you at Thanksgiving & Christmas time, you are still missing someone. This year will be very different for you and your family. You are not alone, as we have served over 160 families this past year who are also experiencing this holiday season very differently.

Come enjoy holiday refreshments while gathering information on simple, creative and empowering ways to manage this holiday season and all it brings with it.

Our tree will be adorned with ornaments in memory of those we served this past year. This personalized ornament will be our gift to you to hang in your home in their memory.

Please share this information with your family. All are welcome! If you are unable to attend please call and arrange a time to pick up your ornament.

The holiday season can be a challenging time for those grieving the loss of a loved one. Amidst the celebrations, it’s natural to feel a mix of emotions. Please know that you are not alone.

At Anderson Family Funeral Home, we remain committed to supporting you, not just in moments of loss, but also as you navigate the path ahead. For the past few years, we have been honored to gift a memorial ornament to the families we serve, and this year, we would like to open this opportunity of a personalized ornament to the public.

We are offering custom ceramic ornaments for purchase to the public. These ornaments are $15 each, and you can choose from the designs shown below. If you have something specific in mind, we’re happy to work with you—just give us a call to discuss other options.

Orders placed by Wednesday, December 18 can be ready in time for the holidays.

We had so many wonderful families venture in to our open house today. Due to todays poor weather conditions, we have decided to extended the open house invitation. Our Open House will continue MONDAY, December 9, from 3-6 PM, at both Twin Valley and Mahnomen Funeral Home locations. We welcome anyone who wasn't able to come today, to stop in and receive your personalized ornament, treats and helpful hints for the upcoming holidays.
