We Did It 🙌🏾 — 12 Weeks of Growth, Strategy & Vision!

I’m beyond proud to share that I’ve officially completed the 12-week milestone program through Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center!

This journey has been a game-changer. As the founder of The Necessity Spa, I’ve always believed that self-care is more than a luxury — it’s a necessity. And this program reminded me that the same applies to business growth. We must invest in clarity, structure, and strategic planning if we want to create something that truly lasts.

Over the past 12 weeks, I’ve been challenged to think bigger, align deeper, and sharpen my vision for where we’re going — not just as a spa, but as a brand that serves and uplifts.

From team building and systems to leadership and impact, every week was a step forward toward becoming the CEO my business needs. And we’re just getting started.

This was such an incredible experience! The Necessity Spa had the honor of being part of the CMSD students’ recognition at the Cleveland Rotary 2025 rotary Who’s Who event.

It was truly inspiring to witness the next generation of leaders being celebrated, and it reminded me that this is God guiding us towards our purpose.

Not only was it a moment of inspiration, but it also led to some meaningful relationships.

I am forever grateful for the connections made and the opportunities ahead.
