I have been in the fitness industry for 15 years. I am a Functional Medicine Practitioner, certified as a Personal Trainer, have multiple Nutrition certifications and am a Health Coach.

I work with clients across the aging spectrum to help them get in their best shape. It is more than calories in/calories out. Our bodies are very complex. I can use lab work and natural supplementation to help the body function optimally.
