We are hiring!
Receptionist: Full time receptionist needed. Duties include data entry, phone work, scanning documents, greating patients and related duties. We offer benefits such as health insurance, 401K, paid vacation. Computer literacy a must. Hours vary depending on the day. Candidate must be able to travel to both of our offices (Fairlawn & Cuyahoga Falls) Send email including experience and salary requirements to office@aaasrc.com. We are unable to hire any current patients for this position.

Billing specialist: Full time billing specialist needed. Duties include obtaining prior authorizations, resolving denied claims, benefits investigation, and other related duties. Candidate will have experience dealing with insurance companies and knowledge of the medical field. We prefer an RN or LPN, but will consider others who have relevant experience. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9-5. This position will work out of our Cuyahoga Falls office only. We offer health insurance, 401K, paid vacation. Both positions will commence in mid January 2026.

Attention all Chardon Patients:
You should have received a letter or will be receiving a letter this week regarding our Chardon office. Our last day at the Chardon office will be July 28th, 2023. We are closing this office and consolidating our services in our Twinsburg and Fairlawn offices. The letter you will receive will explain your options.
