✨ Meet the Team ✨

Meet Fayelice Virden, our dedicated Activities Director!

Fayelice began her journey at just 19 years old as a new mother, working part-time as a housekeeper while building her future. Through hard work and determination, she grew into a full-time role and later transitioned into laundry services—all while pursuing her degree in Human Services.

Her passion for helping others led her to an internship opportunity that turned into 7 years of service within a 484-unit low-income housing community. There, she created meaningful programs and built lasting connections with residents of all ages. In her final two years, she focused on enriching the lives of seniors in affordable housing.

Today, as Activities Director, Fayelice brings joy, positivity, and engaging experiences to residents every single day. Her heart for service and commitment to making a difference truly shine in everything she does.

While she’s often thanked for her work, Fayelice is the one who feels grateful honored to be part of such a special community and to brighten the lives of those she serves. 💛

Each egg was filled with fun goodies, and the challenge was on—if they made it into the bucket, they got to keep it! There were lots of laughs, a little friendly competition, and plenty of smiles all around.
