A little look back at last week when we had a fantastic live jazz band join us! 🎺 Our residents loved the classic favorites and lively rhythms — there was clapping, singing along, and even some dancing!

Look what our amazing residents have been up to this week! 🎉

We had a blast playing Whac-A-Mole (so many quick reflexes! 👏), rolled up our sleeves for a fun and refreshing chair wash, and even hosted our very own flea market! 🛍️✨

From laughter and teamwork to community spirit, it’s been a week full of smiles and special moments. We love seeing everyone get involved and try new things! 💛

We understand that our building has had a few different names over the years, and we’d like to help clear up any confusion!

• September 2014 – 2023: Our building proudly operated as Heartland.
• April 2023 – December 2024: The building was purchased by Legacy and operated under their ownership.
• December 2024 – Present: PACS Healthcare purchased the building, and we are now proudly known as Twinsburg Post Acute. https://pacs.com/

While ownership and our name have changed, our commitment to providing quality care to our residents and their families remains the same. 💙
