πŸ₯΅ According to the National Weather Service Charleston, a very hot and humid air mass will settle over southeast GA and SC this weekend. Record high temperatures are possible with a heat index between 108-113 degrees, and may push higher to 112-118 degrees early next week.

Now is the time to prepare for a long duration heat wave. Stay hydrated, limit time outdoors, and check on anyone vulnerable to the heat.
