Tye Family Care, PLLC was established in 2013 by Nicole Celeste Votaw, RN, FNP-C. After being in the nursing profession for almost 20 years, Ms. Votaw identified a need in rural Tye, TX, and has taken great effort to meet the need for a general healthcare facility in the area. With a lot of prayer, many volunteers, and countless hours of planning and implementing, the office is almost ready. Due to ever increasing costs, it has become necessary to implement a slight increase in our private pay fees. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and understand times are hard for everyone. We hold off as long as we can on price increases so that our service, value, and cost are always to your satisfaction and we maintain competitive rates.
This price increase will take place on 08/01/2025.

Our office will be closed for vacation 06/26/2025-06/30/2025. We will return for regular business hours on 07/01/2025.
No one will be in the office during these days to return calls or handle refill requests.

The railroad crossings at Scott Street and Morgan Street are closed. If you are coming from that side of the tracks, you will need to cross the Market Street Crossing, to all the way down Market and turn right onto Air Base Rd. This will take more time so please consider this when coming to your appointments.

Due to high winds our power is going out frequently. Every time this happens our internet and phone systems go down. We are navigating this to the best of our ability. Our office will be closed today 02/27/25-03/03/25 for administrative purposes. If you need to be seen during this time please go to a walk-in or urgent care. In case of emergency, please report to your nearest emergency room. Due to travel there will be times where we are completely out of reach, even via the after hours line.
