Tye Family Care, PLLC was established in 2013 by Nicole Celeste Votaw, RN, FNP-C. After being in the nursing profession for almost 20 years, Ms. Votaw identified a need in rural Tye, TX, and has taken great effort to meet the need for a general healthcare facility in the area. With a lot of prayer, many volunteers, and countless hours of planning and implementing, the office is almost ready. Please keep up with this page as updates for opening dates and times will be posted.

Our office will be closed from 11/21/2025-11/30/2025. We will reopen for regular business hours on Monday, December 1st. No staff members will be in office for phone calls during this time. We do have our after hours line in the event of urgent communication needs. To use this line, you will call our number and hit option 2. You will have to leave a message, but one of us will get back to you as soon as possible.

We hope you all have an amazing Thanksgiving full of love, reflection, and gratefulness! We are immensely thankful for each and every one of our patients and colleagues! As always, stay safe and stay well, and we will see you after the break!
