How often do we say “I’m fine” without really noticing what we’re feeling? 🧠

Using a feelings wheel can help you name your emotions more specifically. Naming emotions is the first step toward understanding them, communicating them to others, and caring for your mental health.

Try this:
1️⃣ Take a look at the feelings wheel.
2️⃣ Start in the center with your core emotion.
3️⃣ Move outward to find the word that truly fits your experience.

💭 Reflection prompt: Which word on the wheel best describes your day today? Take a quiet moment to notice it and even write it in a journal.

Saving this post can help you check in with yourself anytime you need a moment of emotional awareness.
