Lets talk JOB INTERVIEWS…
✅ They are important. They allow us to really understand who you are beyond your resume. Whether you are trying to work for us full time or looking to be paired with a local family, an interview will take place.
✅When we send candidates to meet with families, we want to send you off with confidence; only AFTER you have impressed us in the job interview, have raving compliments from your references, pass your background check, etc.
✅With that being said, if you miss your interview (no call no show and no head’s up), you will never be allowed to interview with us again, work for us or be paired with a family that has hired us to locate candidates. We understand that life happens but if you don’t cancel your interview 24-hours in advance or if we don’t hear from you at all PRIOR to your interview, you will never be allowed to interview with us again.
✅Families depend on us to pair them with HIGH QUALITY caregivers and if you don’t have the decency to kindly reschedule or cancel, we can’t confidently put you in the field. This is the least you can do.
✅Please please please be mindful of everyone’s time. Even if you change your mind or feel it won’t be a good fit, simply make us aware.
We don’t take this work lightly; you will be working with family’s children and loved ones and if you miss your interview, you may miss your shift and that’s a risk we can’t take!
