Research shows that exercise in pregnancy has loads of benefits for mom. In addition to the ones listed, moms also experience:
-Higher energy levels
-Decrease in weight gain and fat deposition
-Positive attitudes about themselves, their body, the future
When you add in doing it with other moms in a community (whether online or in-person), you just add even more benefits.
