The first workshop of 2026 will be our Religious Trauma Workshop led by Brooke McLain.

One part of parenting that can come as a surprise is the impact on deepening and exploring our faith and past religious experiences. Bringing kids into the mix can reveal wounds we weren't aware of. This workshop is designed to make space for those wounds, questions, and explorations.

There will be no religious or spiritual directing during our time together. It will be a time of gentle discovery and permission to feel. We are not here to tell you what to believe or feel, only help you make sense of what you already have experienced and feel in connection with your beliefs.

When: Saturday January 24th, 1-4 PM

As 2026 kicks off, we are launching new groups and workshops! If you aren't ready to step into individual therapy, groups and workshops can be a great way to get support. So many parents are struggling and our goal is to meet you where you are in the best way we can!

Groups are offered at a various days/times and are ongoing to offer support and tools for navigating parenthood. Groups may be virtual or in person.

Workshops are stand alone events and are designed to help you start exploring topics that may be on your heart.

The Tyler Walk out of the Darkness event is always so deep and meaningful.
It’s a space of hope and pain, joy and grief. Laughters and tears.

I was able to stand in the bead ceremony for someone else who lost a dear friend to su***de as a result of postpartum depression. The thought of su***de can feel so overwhelming and scary AND I witnessed so much hope today. What an honor to be in the presence of such vulnerability and bravery as people shared their own pain and their own hope and fight.

The walk is to connect survivors and loved ones of those who have been impacted by su***de. It is also to raise funds for American Foundation for Su***de Prevention… please consider donating to this amazing organization. Every little bit helps bring light to the darkness that so many are battling in silence.

So excited!!

Passion Doula LLC has joined The Climb as a super-start supporter!!!

Leah is passionate to change the course of postpartum by providing POSTPARTUM doula services! She offers over night visits, as well as a meal and snack packages. What I would have given for an overnight doula!!! What an incredible thing to do for parents. She also offers postpartum workshops and classes for expecting and newly postpartum parents. Leah has such a heart for offering support and care while moms are healing from delivery and caring for their newborn.

Leah is donating TWO FREE services for our door prizes!!! One FREE overnight newborn support AND ONE Meal and Snack Package (which includes 5 meals & 2 snacks)!!
