Here is a quick update ‼️ 📝
Been on the phone for the last two days with congressmen, Senators, and our fearless leader, Mac Haddow, President of the along with the top researchers/scientists in the industry.

I have an emergency update meeting for the ban again at 4 pm today. That may tell us more, but weve been getting so many people asking, we wanted to share what we do know as of now:

Yesterday’s Hearing was belabored as to try to get the committee to run out time so our Scientists would have leave into the evening. Thank God they stayed!
Both Bramble and Durkin gave impressive safety & efficiacy reports to the committee, so that went great!

The not-so-great news:
The commitee and the Senate Floor already has enough votes/support to pass the Bill without any further changes, but voting did not happen! Not yet atleast.
Leaving our real chance to turn this thing around, being the House Committee and Floor.

I’ve been nonstop contacting key players: Tx Ag Commissioner, Congressman and Senators I personally know. This isn’t anyones first rodeo. It’s all hands on deck type deal.

I’m currently trying to secure a Face-to-Face meeting with Lt. Gov Dan Patrick and our team at the , before the senate hearing begins again, possibly as early as next week!

Some Good news:
We still have a lot of ground underneath us, lots of legitimacy and tons of support. We don’t listen to the naysayers or the uneducated on these topics that we know so well. The great thing about Kratom and this niche is it is backed by efficacy and knowledge and science, so this isn’t opinion or feelings based.
As you’ve probably seen, Kratom is often being used as the scapegoat for blame instead of other illicit drug use, because Kratom is sold a gas stations or smoke shops therefore it’s “not as bad…” Most of the time if someone has extremely strong feelings against Kratom, that is the typical scenario. We see it all the time.
If approached with integrity and knowledge it is no more sketchy than your morning cup of coffee!
And no, we don’t feel led to fight with childish keyboard warriors, as who actually has that much time on their hands! 😅 We sure don’t!
There is more work to be done and we honestly don’t feel the need to change your mind, especially If you already showed us you made yours.

Somewhat good news: if it does pass without any adjustments or amendments (which I can’t truly see that happening) then the bill would go into effect September 1st. So that gives everyone some time.

Takeaway: We were all pretty happy to see that everyone there was in agreement about banning seven 7Ohm & Tianeptine adulterated products specifically, which are indeed giving the Kratom industry a tarnished name, as it doesn’t follow the Texas Kratom consumer protection act (KCPA) that was signed a year ago in Texas. That stuff needs to go, as that is *not* a real Kratom product.

We will not stop fighting for you. ✊🏼

I have some extremely unfortunate news. 😢
We need your HELP!
Texas has decided to add “Kratom” onto the Controlled Substances Bill 1868… which would mean Kratom may be banned very soon. Yes, it is out of left field and I don’t have all the Answers but I Know God does. 👆🏼
The hearing is tomorrow at 9AM in Austin and Im feverishly making phone calls RIGHT NOW. ☎️

Here’s what I would suggest you do:
1) Stock up NOW!!! Like today!! We’re not playing, and this isn’t a “April Fools” day joke.
We only wish it was!
******We will follow the law in all cases, so if it is banned we’ll have no option than to close the doors!!!******
