Written in short aphorisms called sutras, it explains how the mind creates suffering through distraction, attachment, and ego, and how practices like meditation, discipline, and mindfulness can help.

Close your eyes.
Hand to heart.
Inhale deeply. Exhale slowly.
Open your eyes.
Maybe a smile finds its way across your face.
You’re here. Breathing. Alive. Present and grounded.
Maybe that breath was the beginning of your own liberation.
And just like that, you meditated.
