It is my mission as your massage therapist to help you unlock the full potential of your massage experience.

Receiving massage is a skill that can be enhanced by communicating your needs, harnessing your breath, and making it a regular part of your self-care. When you share your goals and preferences (whether it’s about pressure, focus areas, or comfort) it allows me to tailor the session for your best results.

Practicing mindfulness or meditation, just quieting your mind, during your massage can deepen relaxation, but if talking helps you unwind, that’s always welcome on my table too. But I do encourage you to experience a silent massage at least once! It has been a game changer for some of my clients!

Engaging in massage consistently amplifies its benefits, helping your body and mind thrive. Let this be your sign to book your next session- your wellness journey starts here!

I recommend 1-2 times a month, depending on what your goals and needs are :).

It’s one of the most common questions I hear, and the answer is different for everyone! Here are some recommendations...

→ Weekly or bi-weekly helps manage symptoms and speed healing.

✨ High stress or burnout?
→ Monthly massages help your nervous system reset and build resilience.

✨ Athletes or active bodies?
→ Bi-weekly or monthly supports performance and recovery.

✨ Want to stay ahead of tension?
→ A consistent rhythm (every 3–6 weeks) helps you maintain your baseline.

Massage works best when it’s proactive, not reactive.
