It is my mission as your massage therapist to help you unlock the full potential of your massage experience.
Receiving massage is a skill that can be enhanced by communicating your needs, harnessing your breath, and making it a regular part of your self-care. When you share your goals and preferences (whether it’s about pressure, focus areas, or comfort) it allows me to tailor the session for your best results.
Practicing mindfulness or meditation, just quieting your mind, during your massage can deepen relaxation, but if talking helps you unwind, that’s always welcome on my table too. But I do encourage you to experience a silent massage at least once! It has been a game changer for some of my clients!
