Sometimes in rare situations you have to wait ten or fifteen minutes for a room, and I feel awful about it.

I mailed a letter-sized envelope on the 9th and it's still in a distribution center this morning so I feel less bad about our occasional 15 minute wait, but rest assured we aren't dragging around if you're in the lobby... we're trying like heck. 😊

Maintenance. Clipping your nails is a pain in the butt that you just have to do. Staying hydrated is the same kind of chore. Nobody wants to do it, you just have to, or pretty soon you're in a bad way. The only difference is that it takes longer to SEE poor hydration.

No point complaining. Just drink the damned water.

We were recently asked about offering peptide injections.

Really? Us? Super Safe Captain Paranoid and Doctor Doright?

Maybe one day when the FDA approves it and we can get it from someone like McKesson, and there's extensive lab work, but as long as they're mostly synthetic and we don't know if you really need it, we're going to err on the side of caution.

Rapid Recovery opened in Shreveport, Louisiana in 2016 to help people who are dehydrated, sore, getting over an illness or a hangover, or who just need a boost. We know there are times, maybe after the flu or a 10k, that you need fluids or a vitamin boost, and you don’t want to sit in a Quick Care with a lobby full of sick people, or an ER full of blood and broken bones. We’ll put you in a recliner, with a fruit juice or a coffee, and a cookie, in front of a big screen TV, and let you relax while you get better. It’s the civilized way to heal.
