💥SELINA'S EXPERIENCE - PART 3 // Muscle Therapy & Review of Experience

👀 In this video we show you what happened after Selina's very 1st Chiropractic adjustment. You will see Dr. Lenox perform Trigger Point Therapy on the muscles of her neck to help them relax. He also shows her some stretches that are specific to these muscles to take home with her and implement every day so that she can maximize her results.
