An extra special shoutout to my own mom today❤️ She passed on to me the importance and value of health from a young age, which ultimately led both my sister and I to become chiropractors. I’m so grateful for the impact that has had on our lives.

Getting checked at just a few days old—just like all of her siblings. Being able to care for families from their very first days of life is something I never take for granted. There’s something so special about watching these kiddos grow up and seeing entire families prioritize their health together.

Science nerd at heart. 🧬

Before becoming a chiropractor, I actually majored in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, so getting to judge the local science fair today was especially fun for me.
One of my favorite presentations was from my niece. Her project was all about EMFs (electromagnetic fields) and ways we can reduce exposure in everyday life.
Her research sparked some great conversation about simple habits families can use, like:
-Turning off WiFi at night
-Keeping phones off your body when possible
-Using speakerphone or headphones for long calls
-Charging phones away from your bed
-Putting devices on airplane mode while sleeping

I love seeing young people get curious about science and health. Proud aunt moment and proud science nerd moment today. 💙
