🌟 Resident of the Month: Carla Kee! 🌟

Born in Enid and raised in Edmond, OK, Carla has always lived by her dad’s favorite saying: “A good day’s work is a good night’s sleep.”

Carla enjoys watching I Love Lucy, reading Amish novels, and indulging in her favorite comfort food — mac & cheese. 🧀

Her advice to the young? “Put down the phone and listen to your parents (at least sometimes).”

💛 Celebrating 60 Years of Love! 💛

Janie and Eddie L. marked an incredible 60 years of marriage with a special celebration! 🥂

Chef Daniel crafted a delicious dinner and dessert featuring their favorite dishes, while Victoria and Sara transformed the room into a charming café, complete with “60” balloons and heartfelt cards from our staff.

Here’s to many more years of love, joy, and cherished memories! 💐💖

What a special week at The Hamptons! 💐

We had the incredible honor of celebrating three of our wonderful residents turning 90 years young — all in the same week, with two sharing the exact same birthday!

Happy Birthday to Fred, Joyce, and Betty! Wishing you many more years filled with joy and cherished moments. 🎂✨

Each family brought a special cake to celebrate their loved one, and the room was filled with love and smiles all around.

A huge thank-you to Gina, Victoria, and Stephanie for making this celebration so memorable while Sara attended the annual conference — you truly made the day unforgettable! 💛

A Blooming Tradition 🌹✨

Each year, our residents look forward to attending the Rose Festival Coronation — and once again, it did not disappoint!

The gowns were breathtaking, each one a masterpiece of creativity and craftsmanship. A heartfelt thank-you to Gina for accompanying our Assisted and Independent Living residents while our Activity Directors attended the Civitas Annual Conference.

Francis, a former P.E. teacher at Bonner Elementary and our beloved resident, returned to her classroom (or should we say gym?) through our Miracle Moments program! 🏫🎉

After nearly 20 years of teaching and retiring in 2008, Francis co-taught a P.E. class with second graders. Known as the "Queen Bee" at The Hamptons, she still leads P.E. classes here and often shares stories from her teaching days. What a beautiful chance to revisit where she helped students grow!

Fun, Food, and Fall Festivities! 🎃

Our Assisted and Independent Living residents had a fantastic time at the First Christian Fish Fry and Cake Walk Lunch!

Delicious food, great company, and a few lucky winners took home some yummy cakes.

After lunch, everyone explored the pumpkin patch outside the church — the perfect way to celebrate the season! 🍂✨

Music helps improve memory recall, supports emotional health, and even encourages movement, especially for those with dementia or limited mobility.
