We are deeply saddened to share the passing of our colleague and friend, Joel Mack.

Joel Mack, one of the original members of our provider program, represents the best of us. He was kind, funny, and endlessly generous in spirit; deeply committed to his patients, his team, and above all, his beautiful family. His absence leaves a space that cannot be filled. His impact will remain part of us forever.

During this difficult time, our thoughts are with Joel’s family, loved ones, and all who had the privilege of working alongside him. We are committed to supporting his family in the days and months ahead and honoring them with the same care and compassion Joel so freely gave to others.
