At the 2025 Rose City Triathlon Relay, Team Longevity by Horizon Health took 1st place! 💪

🚴 Dr. Martin crushed a PR on the bike
🏊 Jack Currin – fastest relay swim of the day
🏃 Randy Canady – fastest relay run of the day

With coaching from Executive Chef Emi Young (elite triathlete + nutrition powerhouse), the team proved once again: age is just a number when you fuel, train, and live with purpose.

We had the pleasure of hosting a special cooking session with Shelby Woods and her family this week! 🥗🍗

With fresh organic ingredients sourced from the local Farmers Market and Sprouts, Chef Emi Young guided the family in preparing a delicious two-course meal:
✨ Grilled Corn & Avocado Salad
✨ Chili-Rubbed Chicken with Roasted Poblano & Tomato Relish + Grilled Squash

🌿✨ What an incredible day with Leaders in Longevity, Dr. Martin and Dr. Victoria! ✨

The morning began with Dr. Martin assisting Dr. Victoria and Luci Davis in leading a deeply soothing sound bath and yoga session. Together, they created the perfect reset for mind, body, and spirit. 💆‍♀️🧘

Later, Dr. Martin took things to the next level with a 26-mile bike ride 🚴 alongside a great group of riders. The ride wrapped up with a well-deserved treat — Chef Emi Young from The Longevity Kitchen serving up freshly made, nutritious recovery smoothies 🍓🥬🥤. Thank you Chef Young!!!👩‍🍳

Last week, Dr. Martin hit the field with the All Seasons Patriots from Allentown, PA, competing in the ISC Men’s World Fastpitch Softball Tournament in Mankato, MN — where the team battled their way to an impressive 3rd place finish! 🥉⚡ Right after, it was back in the saddle 🚴‍♂️ for more miles on the bike.

Meanwhile, Dr. Victoria teamed up with Luci Davis for a truly transformative Yoga Soundbath session 🧘‍♀️🎶 — blending movement, breath, and healing vibrations for the ultimate mind-body reset.
