β¨π₯ What a morning at Horizon Health! π₯β¨
Yesterdayβs Performance Running Clinic was the perfect example of what happens when movement, coaching, and community come together. πͺπββοΈπ§ββοΈ
We started the morning grounded and intentional with an inspiring yoga session led by Kali Johnson π§ββοΈπ
. With the early sunlight streaming through the windows, the room was filled with focus, breath, and controlled movement β warming up hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and spines while tuning into how each body moves. The calm before the intensity. β¨π«
Then the energy shifted β‘π
Timothy Powers delivered a powerful message and elite, hands-on instruction that went far beyond theory. This clinic was interactive, educational, and personal:

π§ Coaching cues you could feel immediately
π Direct carryover into better, more efficient running
The photos capture it perfectly β focused athletes, one-on-one coaching, precise adjustments, and real learning happening in real time. No spectators. Everyone was engaged. Everyone was learning. π₯
And we finished the morning the best way possible β together π€π. Outside, smiles all around, energy high, and a shared sense of momentum heading into the day.
