I am compelled to share my distressing experience publicly, particularly within my community in Smith County, albeit belatedly. Following a CT scan at the hospital, which yielded normal results, I was preparing to depart via Lyft when an unforeseen incident occurred. Consequently, I underwent rehabilitation for 100 days, yet I remain unable to walk. The judicial system's handling of this matter perplexes me, with many attributing it to malpractice, though I disagree. I firmly believe that the hospitalist's actions, which rendered me unconscious, constitute assault, a felony punishable by up to three years in Texas. I intend to pursue this matter further, despite the elapsed time. I had initially hesitated to take action, unwilling to cause harm. However, my experiences in the hospital have left me with lasting harm. I possess comprehensive records of the events, including the paramedic's testimony, which corroborates my account. It is incomprehensible to me that a reputable institution like Mother Francis Hospital would employ an individual capable of such misconduct. I implore divine intervention and solace. I hope that my friend, Sister Margo, will pray for me, as I am in a dire state. Upon reflection, I recall being examined by an ER doctor, when a hospitalist intervened, leading me to a cubicle, where, inexplicably, I was knocked unconscious. From January 28 to February 8, I was disoriented, unaware of my surroundings, ultimately awakening in a rehabilitation center.
