This morning we enjoyed time at The Grove - Tyler celebrating 2025 with our board and staff. This year we celebrated Shannon, Jasmine, and Camilla becoming fully licensed providers as well as having Henry Bell as our Board President! Special treat at the board and staff brunch is awarding the George Richardson Employee of the Year Award, a peer voted award that comes from founding board member of Mosaic, George Richardson, and this year the award went to Shannon Bradley, who is a provider with our youth and family team! Our offices are closed today and tomorrow as we spend time with friends and family for Thanksgiving. While we reflect on what we are thankful for this season, we go back to our community. The community of individuals who saw a need for a counseling center over ten years ago that provides high-quality care that is accessible and affordable to our East Texas community, and to the community that has helped us continue our mission and vision all these years later. Body, Mind, & Spirit - in Community

Samaritan Counseling Center of East Texas exists to deliver evidence-based counseling, education and research across East Texas. Our staff utilize an approach to therapy that focuses on the connection of body, mind and spirit. With nearly 20 licensed counselors, interns and students, we care for individuals, couples, and families from more than 35 East Texas counties. Our services include: psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMD-R, play therapy, Hakomi, and many others, with special focus on treatment of anxiety, depression, OCD, among other mental health challenges. We also offer faith-informed spiritual direction, marriage and relationship counseling, grief counseling, substance use and addiction counseling and much more. While we do accept some insurance plans, for those that qualify, our services are offered on a sliding fee scale based on household income. Looking for a class or group?
