We are thrilled to announce a new strength & confidence program designed just for Middle School girls! 💪💕✨️⁠

Strong Girls Club is a four-week experience designed to help middle school girls grow stronger — physically and mentally — in a supportive and uplifting environment.⁠
Each Saturday, girls will participate in fun, beginner-friendly workouts while also engaging in meaningful conversations about strength, nutrition, confidence, comparison, mindset, and the way we talk to ourselves.⁠
Our goal is to help girls see that strength goes far beyond the gym… it’s about learning to trust their bodies, value who they are, and build confidence that lasts.⁠

The group is led by trainers Meg and Bethany, who are not only experienced coaches, but also moms to young girls themselves.⁠
They understand the pressures girls face as they grow up and are passionate about helping girls develop a healthy, respectful relationship with their bodies. Their approach to training and wellness is holistic, focusing on movement, mindset, and learning how to care well for ourselves.⁠

Each session will include strength-based workouts, encouraging discussions, and space for reflection so girls feel supported, capable, and confident. Every participant will receive a custom Strong Girls Club t-shirt and a reflection journal to use throughout the program.⁠
⁠
To keep the group intentional and supportive, space is limited to just 12 girls.⁠
The total cost for the full four-week program is $120.⁠

This past weekend two of our trainers, Meg and Bethany, stood in front of a room full of young women at the Girl Power Conference hosted by Junior League of Tyler and spoke a message we wish more of us had heard at 12:⁠
❌Your body is not the enemy.⁠
❌It’s not a project.⁠
❌It’s not something to fight.⁠
✅It’s something to fuel.⁠
✅To strengthen.⁠
✅To steward well.⁠
⁠
We moved together. We laughed. We practiced speaking truth out loud. And you could feel the shift in the room when they realized strength is something they build — not something they apologize for.⁠

⁠
If we want women who are confident, capable, and rooted in who they are, we have to start by changing the message girls hear early.⁠
Strong girls become strong women.⁠
And that work is worth it.⁠ 🤍
