Providence Park Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing is a senior living community offering comprehensive skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services in a comfortable setting. We also offer physical, occupational, & speech therapy with customized treatment plans that allow residents the opportunity to achieve their recovery goals and return to activities of daily living. We offer comprehensive senior living and care including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, respite care, long term care, wound care, diabetic discharge planning. and wellness programs. We also serve seniors recovering from cardiac, pulmonary and orthopedic conditions.
