Our guy Harrison is on a bulk and making great progress! Harrison is making use of a few things up here at the shop including MassOne, Project Bulk, and a few more things too!! We’re super proud of this guy and the results he is driving.

Also, we’re extremely proud of Harrison on a different front. This dude has worked his butt off and is now moving from running the 5.11 store here in Tyler to another location in Dallas! He puts in extreme effort across multiple aspects of his life, and we’ve been honored to be able to work with him both in store and out of it as well 💪🏼

INSANE RESULTS FROM OUR GUY ABDALLA 😤

Going up 13lbs of muscle and down 7% body fat is NOT an easy thing to do, but this big man accomplished it! We’re so proud of him and his efforts and look forward to seeing where he takes his fitness journey!

💥 RESULTS SHOUTOUT 💥 Our guy Savage has some of the craziest results in just 4 MONTHS that we have ever seen! Up 13 pounds of muscle and down 6.4% body fat!

💥 CrossFit Tyler 💥 was a BLAST!!! All the guys and gals out here work their butts off every single workout, but it also feels like a family when you’re there. If you’re looking for a place where you’re going to be both pushed and encouraged then this is the spot.

Most of these guys, as well as folks from other gyms, are very active in store and track their progress with the InBody. 🦅 UT TYLER FITNESS EXPO 🦅
We had a BLAST with UTT and all the vendors who set up! Happy to see that there are so many organization in the community promoting health and fitness. Everybody who stopped by the table got to try out our new Isolate Clear Juice Protein and Sour Watermelon Creating Gummies 😎

20 people decided to swing by the shop and enter into the challenge where every pound o muscle you put on, and every perfect body fat you lose, you gain $5 over a month long period! If you haven’t stopped, then you should too 😉
