Most neck pain comes from one thing.

Here’s how to loosen it up in under sixty seconds.

Step one.
Sit tall and gently tuck your chin like you’re making a double chin.
This opens space at the base of the skull.

Step two.
Slowly rotate your head left and right, only to the point of light tension.
Not pain.
This wakes up the small stabilizer muscles that support the neck.

Step three.
Place one hand on your chest and take three deep breaths.
